Customize the Outlook email that opens when someone sends a recognition. Use the variables below anywhere in the subject or body. They'll be replaced with real values when the email is generated.

Recognitions flagged as inappropriate can be removed here. This is rarely needed, but when it is, you can act fast.

When ready, publish each recognition to Smart Connect. Paste your Smart Connect webhook / endpoint below, and the tool will POST new recognitions as they arrive.
